Si, casi todos los vendedores te pedirán tu TAX ID entre otros permisos.

¿Cuánto tiempo se tardará en llegarme el producto?

Este producto digital es descargable. Sera enviado automáticamente a su email después de su compra. El producto será enviado en un File de PDF. 

Despues  de hacer la compra puedes esperar unos segundos por la descarga o ir a tu email.

 Recibirás dos emails. Uno sobre la confirmación de tu compra y otro con el enlace de descarga. Si no lo ves en tu bandeja principal favor verificar en el área de SPAM. ¡No te preocupes la descarga es segura!

SI hace la descarga desde un celular favor verificar de el icono de los archivos.

Por favor asegúrate de verificar que tu email este bien escrito de lo contrario no lo recibirás. No enviamos copias por lo que tendrías que comprarlo de nuevo.

¿Se aceptan devoluciones?

 ¡No! Cuando realizas la compra automáticamente estas aceptando nuestros términos y condiciones. 

No se aceptan devoluciones de productos digitales.

Las líneas hacen envíos worldwide? 

No todas las lineas hacen envíos a todos los paises aunque incluyan servicio de envío worldwide. Algunas venden en sus wholesalers si no hacen envíos a su país. Para eso debería viajar. 

Si alguna linea le dice que no hacen envíos a sus país favor notificarnos.

Returns US and Territories

-All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

-You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). The client must prove through a photo that the product is not equal to the description to request a refund of the full money.

-If the product you receive is very different from its description, FODA BOUTIQUE undertakes to accept your return before the order ends (that is, before clicking on "Confirm the order" or while not exceeding the confirmation period), and to return the money in full. The client must prove through a photo that the product is not equal to the description. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. You can choose to keep the product and agree to the money back directly with the seller.

-Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email info@fodaboutique.com for assistance before returning.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

-Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
